Shipping Information:

We pack and ship out the merchandise within two days. Our choice of shipping carrier is UPS using standard ground shipping method.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Our shipping turnaround is 2-3 days, therefore, customers have 3 days for cancellation.

Returns: due to the high cost of shipping and handling, we cannot afford to issue a refund on the shipping charge nor returned label. Your refundable amount on a returned item will be the difference between the original invoice and the shipping cost.

Defective / shipping damages: should you need to report a damage due to shipping or manufacture defective, please send an email to support@waterterra.com; reference your order number or full name and address. We then will file a claim with the shipping carrier or manufacturer. Upon approval, we will either send out a new replacement unit or issue a refund for you.

For clothing, customers have 14-day return or exchange; all returnable items must in original packaging and free of odor as well as damage. Buyer must be responsible all shipping charge.
